My goal for growing the game in NYS is to allow for more boys and girls to have more opportunities to play field hockey than I had when I was growing up. I love the game of field hockey because it requires not only great skill but an immense amount of game IQ. Field hockey has shaped my entire life and made me the person I am today. I love watching others play and develop over their careers. Growing the game allows me to give back my passion for field hockey to other children in the hope that it impacts their life as it did mine, by making them better young ladies, and leaders not only on the field but in their future careers.
